BOTANY
Native to China but is now extensively cultivated around the world, the small evergreen Sweet Orange tree has a long season of bloom and colourful fruit. The fruits take months to mature, and will take on its characteristic orange colour when it is nearly ripe.

Sweet orange can soften hardworking perfectionist and allow one to mistakes or tolerate anomalies. Diffusing the oil will help create a more relaxed environment and moves stall, negative energy to lighten the energetic feel.
Energetically, the oil can help to unblock energy blockages caused by emotions of frustration, tension and discouragement. Over time, prolonged blockage in meridians can lead to negative physical and emotional conditions such as insomnia, irritability, restlessness, over-thinking, anxiety, worry, headache, nervous tension and so forth.
Body/Physical:
Sweet Orange is often undervalued as an essential oil, yet it is one of the most versatile and effective/therapeutic oil for all ages and all people, either used singly or in a blend.
It can improve overall immune function, improves lymphatic drainage, supports respiratory and digestive system. By normalizing the peristaltic action on intestines, the oil can be used for constipation, diarrhea and nausea; as well as eating disorders. As it can stimulate lymph fluids, Sweet Orange is also often helpful when treating swollen tissues.
For physical body, the oil is effective for minor muscle aches, pain and inflammation. The Limonene found in Orange is a boost to the immune system. In studies with rats, Limonene was proven to produce more antibodies in fighting bacteria and pathogens.
The sweet zesty aroma has a mild sedative effect on nervous system as it can relax and sth nerves and eases anxiety, stress, depression and insomnia. The scent is joyful and well loved by children, making it an excellent choice for comforting massage blend, alongside Lavender and Chamomile.
As a great skin tonic with astringent properties, Sweet Orange oil improves dull, oily, irritated and acne-prone skin complexion. It also add hydration and radiance to smooth out wrinkles and strengthen skin epidermis.

Safety: This oil is non-photosensitizing. Dilute before using. A patch test should be performed before use for those with sensitive skin.

Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult physician. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use internally unless instructed by a licensed aromatherapist or physician.

HOW TO USE
Diffuse & Inhale: Breathe in your favorite essential oils from an essential oil/aroma diffuser or personal pocket inhaler.
Apply Topically: This essential oil is 100% pure and undiluted. To apply to the skin, dilute with a high quality carrier oils or Carrier Oils Complex. Refer to our dilution chart. We recommend performing a skin patch test when using a new essential oil topically.
