Mind/Emotional:
The uplifting and energizing aroma of Cypress essential oil is mind clearing and a wonderful healer for the spirit. It is useful for those with emotional stress and those struggling with changes.
Helping to lift mood and enhance a positive feel-good vibe, it brings optimism and positive mentality; and soften unbending, inflexible frame of mind.
Body/Physical:
Cypress essential oil is respiratory, lymphatic, liver and prostate decongestant; making it helpful for wide range of body complaints.
Traditionally used in anti-cellulite formulation, Cypress is a natural mild yet effective diuretic that can help remove excess water and salts; and can be tried for menstrual and menopause problems.
We love Cypress in blends for muscle cramps and pull as well as restless leg syndrome. If the oil is applied (diluted) to the feet at night, it will draw comfortable sense of warmth to the feet.
Because of the high level of Camphene, Cypress is a wonderful natural deodorizing and cleansing oil with its antibacterial and anti-microbial properties.
