Do you ship internationally?
We deliver worldwide to the following countries using Express Mailing System (EMS).
Countries we can ship include: Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia and Hong Kong. Due to logistics disruptions caused by CoVID19, we are unable to ship to other countries other than those listed above.
If your delivery destination is not on the above list, please contact us. Shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination. Total freight costs will be displayed during the checkout based on your item(s) and the destination country.
What is the delivery lead time like for my order? My order is not here yet. What should I do?
At Bellary Nature, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days. The delivery time estimate to reach you depends on the post office or courier’s dispatching schedules and routing; which are factors beyond our control. As such, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery or delivery that does not meet you expected delivery date.
For Brunei, the delivery lead time will be approximate 1 to 3 working days for most districts, subject to Post Office’s sorting and dispatching schedules. It may take wee bit longer to reach you in Temburong District.
For Singapore and Malaysia, the delivery lead time will be approximately 2 weeks; while delivery to other countries worldwide may take more than 2 weeks. Please be patient as the goods are on the way to you.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been completed (i.e. processed and shipped).
Due to system limitation, your tracking number will not appear on your Shipping Confirmation. If your package is taking longer time than expected, do contact us at bellarynature@gmail.com to obtain your tracking number.
All addresses must be correct when you place order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses, names or postcodes arising during the ordering process.
In rare circumstances that your item has a defect or is missing from your order, please follow the directions in our FAQs or contact Customer Service at bellarynature@gmail.com.
