What is your Returns Policy?
In any circumstances where you need to return the goods for valid reasons (e.g. damaged product or product which is not ordered, etc), you MUST notify us of your return request to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return.
Please include your name, address, Order Number and a note on the reason for product(s) being returned.
For hygiene reason and due to nature of the Products, we DO NOT accept returns if the Products have been opened or used; if their seals have been tempered or if they are in their original packaging. Unless indicated otherwise, the product(s) must be returned to a notified address within 30 days upon return initiation.
What is your Refunds policy?
Once we receive the product(s) in its original condition, a refund shall be issued, if deemed legit. We will refund the money which you have paid for that product(s) via the orginal method of payment or other channels of payment otherwise agreed. For refunds via Credit Cards, it may take 5-14 working days for your refund to be reflected in your card statement/account from the day your refund was initiated.
There are no restocking or administration fees. You will, however, be responsible for shipping on returned goods until they arrive at our premise.
Please ensure to package the goods well. We recommend you use insured or recorded delivery or mailing service for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our premise.
