What forms of payment methods do you offer?
At BellaryNature, you can easily make payment via the following methods:
- Credit Cards – We accept credit cards – as long as it is a MasterCard OR Visa.
- Direct Bank Transfer (Available to Local/Brunei Orders ONLY) – ATM Bank in/Cheque/Internet Banking transfer/ATM Transfer etc.
How do we perform Direct Bank Transfer to your local bank accounts?
We accept direct bank transfers to EITHER of the following bank accounts:
- Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD)
- Account No: 00-015-01-0024241 (BND)
- Account Name: Bellary Enterprise
- Baiduri Bank (BBB)
- Account No: 02-00-110-456975
Please follow these steps to perform Direct Bank Transfer:
- Select “Direct Bank Transfer” (for BRUNEI ORDER only) as payment option.
- Check out your order.
- Proceed to make payment via direct bank transfer to any one of the above-mentioned bank accounts.
- Notify us via email at email@example.com with proof of payment (e.g. transfer receipt, ATM slip, etc) with the Order Number as your payment reference
- Please note: Order will only be shipped until funds have cleared into our account.
How will I know that my payment went through successfully?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email that informs you that your order has been successfully placed, and is now being processed. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, please contact Customer Service to confirm the success of your order placement.
Once the order has been completed (i.e. dispatched to you), you will be notified via email that your order is now on the way!
I’ve made a bank transfer and I still haven’t gotten my confirmation email?
You should receive your confirmation email within 2-3 working days from the date of completing order. If you have not already done so, do ensure that you email your payment confirmation and its accompany Order No to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My credit card details are not being accepted. What’s wrong?
Please check with your bank or financial institution for more information.
My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know if my payment went through successfully?
