How do I place an order?
So, you would like to make your first order with BellaryNature? Here’s how:
- At the product page, select the appropriate color, etc. and then click the ‘Add to Cart” button.
- After you have filled your cart, go to “View your Cart”.
- Apply your discount or promo code, if any. After checking the details, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- Next, fill in your billing address, preferred delivery address and select your payment method. When you have confirmed your details, click on the ‘Place Order’ button.
- After placing order/checking out, you will receive a confirmation email. It’s that simple.
What about items I have ordered which are out of stock?
We are sorry to inform you that this can sometimes happen due to high traffic volume of customers. In the event the ordered item is out of stock, our Customer Service Representatives will call to inform you about the affected items with respect to its next availability and/or issuance of refund via your original payment method.
If you like to order an item that is ‘marked’ out of stock, simply drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Service Representatives will respond with you to place an advance order. Please note that a full payment will be required for advance/pre-ordered item and that advance order cannot be cancelled in any circumstances, unless specifically agreed by us.
How do I create an account or become a member?
There is no need to create an account for you to purchase at our online store.
However, if you join as BellaryNature’s member, you will be entitled to receive the latest updates, health tips, promo updates from us!
Here’s how to become a member:
- Simply scroll to the bottom of any page.
- Fill in your email address in the available email field.
- Click send!
- All details are private and confidential.

Can I still change my address, or cancel my order, after the order is confirmed?
If you have realized an error in your order or changed your mind shortly after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service at 673-8624602 / 673-8989996 (Monday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm) or email us at email@example.com and we will try to modify or cancel your order; only if the order has not been shipped out. Once an order has been shipped, no amendments to your order can be accommodated. Bellary Nature shall not be responsible for the packages once they leave our premise.
What is your shipping policy?
At Bellary Nature, once we have received your order, we aim to dispatch your order to you within 1 to 2 working days. The delivery time estimate to reach you will depend on the post office or courier’s dispatching schedules and routing, which is a factor beyond our control.

I have received an incorrect/missing/defective item in my order. What should I do now?
Oops, this is mightily embarrassing. We are very sorry. Please drop us a mail using the contact form on the website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Your order number
- The matter of the issue e.g. incorrect/missing/defective item
- The SKU of the product in question.
- Pictures of the incorrect/missing/defective item
